Mornings begin with Astro-Yoga, meditation, and the rhythm of nature. Days unfold through intimate teachings on astrology and soul purpose, Kabbalistic wisdom, somatic healing, sound baths, journaling, and meaningful conversations with women walking their own path of becoming.
